My approach
One of the key aspects of my approach is to actively listen and empathize with my clients. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where they feel comfortable expressing themselves openly and honestly. By understanding their perspectives and experiences, I can help them gain insight into challenges and understand themselves better.
I use different techniques to help my clients on their journey, along with listening to them. These may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy, among others. I adapt my approach to fit each person's needs and goals, understanding that everyone's therapy experience is different.
I think therapy is a team effort, and I include my clients in their own healing and progress. I encourage my clients to take an active role in their therapy, as I firmly believe that they are the experts of their own lives.
