Individual Therapy for Adults Navigating Family Conflict
Many of my clients are working on figuring out how to have meaningful relationships with their family without having to sacrifice boundaries or authenticity. Maintaining positive relationships with parents and siblings can be incredibly difficult to navigate, especially when there is a history of conflict, emotional neglect, or trauma. My hope is that clients leave sessions with a clearer understanding of themselves, more flexibility in how they relate to others, and permission to let go of strategies that once helped but now get in the way.
